The Leadmill
Some may say it is one of the most iconic venues in Sheffield. The longest running live music venue and nightclub in the city. Pulp, Arctic Monkeys, Oasis, The Killers and The Stone Roses are just a few of the acts to have graced the stage at The Leadmill. Head there for some live music or their club nights. Open til 4am on Fridays and Saturdays, you can dance all night long.

Foundry
If you’re in the city to study, Foundry is your go to for food, live music and club nights. Find the venue at Sheffield's Students' Union specialising in freshers events to get your geared up for the study periods. Grab a bite to eat before a gig from their many of all rounders, including pizza, burgers and chips.

Sidney and Matilda
Sheffield’s cosy little bar and live music venue with an industrial vibe. Perfect to hit up for intimate gigs with up and coming artists with good times guaranteed. Sidney and Matilda is a short 5 minute walk from their station and is a warehouse you shouldn’t miss!

Yellow Arch Studios
A Kelham Island and Neepsend must visit is Yellow Arch Studios; a recording studio, rehearsal rooms, bar and event space a short walk from the city centre. A venue that pretty much every band from Sheffield has recorded at, being the birthplace of Arctic Monkeys. Others seen recording here include Kylie Minogue, Duane Eddy and Jarvis Cocker
