In Store & Event Purchase Returns

We don't accept returns or exchanges for items bought at our stores or at our events. All items are sold as seen so please make sure you are 100% happy with your selects before making a purchase. 

Online Purchase Returns

Sometimes, we change our mind...and thats fine. As long as an item is still in its original condition with the swing tag & label attached, we will accept returns, subject to the rules below. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you're wishing to return a mystery box, you must return the box in its entirety. 

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.  For International orders, the returns period is 21 days

Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs. *Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded

We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item

If you request a refund for an item during the time outlined above but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion

After That?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your delivery address on that order and ask you to cover the delivery costs

Original Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

  • Clothing, where the product swing tag has been removed
  • Face + Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact
  • Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken.
  • Pierced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken

None of this affects your statutory rights

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return
