We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We collect information from our users at several different points on our website and may use this information to send you updates and marketing. You can freely browse our website without having to give us your personal data. However, users who don’t provide personal info cannot be contacted with our updates and marketing content such as mailshots.

 

MAILING LIST 

If a user wishes to subscribe to our mailing list, we ask for their name and email address and for Wholesale customers, business name, email address and what type of business describes you best. Subscribers will receive information on products, services, events, special deals, and newsletters. Users can unsubscribe to the mailing list at any point by using the link at the bottom of our emails. We may use cookies data to help personalise our email marketing (see 'COOKIES' section).

 

SMS

If a user wishes to subscribe to our SMS list, we ask for their phone number. Subscribers will receive information on products, services, events and special deals. Users can unsubscribe from SMS marketing at any point by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available). We may use cookies data to help personalise our SMS marketing (see 'COOKIES' section).

 

SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES 

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

atgotcode, bt, di, dt, loc, psc, ssc, uid, uit, user_segment, uvc – These cookies are set by the “Share” widget located at the top of each page. The widget allows the sharing of the current page with other users via social networks (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). The selection of buttons displayed is tailored to each visitor’s past use of social media sites and enables them to quickly post a link to a page on the Glass Onion site from the services the visitor uses most frequently. Without these cookies the “Share” widget would not be visible.

 

LOG FILES

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
