Terms of Service for Glass Onion Vintage - Annual Leave

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Glass Onion Vintage ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Glass Onion Vintage - Annual Leave application (the "Application").

By accessing or using the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Application and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The Application is an internal tool intended solely for use by current, authorized employees and designated personnel of Glass Onion Vintage ("Authorized Users").

  • Your eligibility to use the Application is contingent upon your current employment status and your inclusion in our internal access control list.

  • Access to the Application is provided via our company intranet and requires authentication through a Google account whose email address has been pre-authorized by us.

  • You agree not to share your access credentials or facilitate access for any unauthorized third party. Any attempt to access this Application without authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

You access the Application via your personal Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics in the Application (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content is provided in the Application "AS IS" for your information and internal business use only.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which we make the Application available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the Application designed to prevent or restrict access.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Application or the networks or services connected to it.

  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

  • Use the Application in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny, suspend, or terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the termination of your employment with Glass Onion Vintage or for any breach of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Application or the information and content contained within. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Application, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
